Amalba is located within the development known as Lausana, south of the municipality of Benito Juárez in the state of Quintana Roo, in an area currently experiencing accelerated growth. The complex has access from Federal Highway #307 Tulum–Cancún.

The development incorporates a parking level situated half a level below the main roadway access, with capacity for 62 parking spaces designated for the use and assignment of the tower’s residents. Parking allocation is distributed as follows: one parking space for Type A units and two parking spaces for Types B, C, and D units.

The lobby is characterized by its versatile design, allowing it to function both as a waiting area and as a transitional and distribution space. Special attention and care were given to creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere, with the intention of encouraging social interaction and community activities.

The building’s amenities are located on the ground floor of the tower. The amenities program is divided into indoor and outdoor spaces. The indoor program includes a children’s playroom, a gym located on the east wing of the floor plan, shared restrooms, and a workspace area integrated with the lobby.

The outdoor amenities program offers lounge areas, an exclusive terrace/bar space for Amalba residents, as well as a pool area featuring lounge seating with sunbeds, a sun deck, and a recreational area with an 85.00 m² reflecting pool.

The development consists of 29 apartment units located between the ground floor and Level 07, divided into two base typologies and several variations that respond to the tower’s volumetric composition. Additionally, a penthouse level was included on Level 08, featuring 4 apartments, bringing the total number of units within the complex to 33.
